These days, it can be tough for me to keep and even keel.

There’s a lot of stress in my life right now. The holiday season compounds it.

So it makes me appreciate the positive things just a little bit more. And I try to bottle the positive stuff as it comes along, to have it in reserve for the times when things seem a bit more dire or challenging.

So damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead, and keep an even keel – words to live by.
