This blog has some infill – namely the workout logs I’ve neglected to file over the past few months. Just to show that I have been riding the bike (the skiing ones haven’t gone up yet, as I have a bit of calculation to make before I can post anything accurate, and a bit of prosaic waxing to make them interesting).
