I take off for Utah in a few hours. Just put the LeMond into a travel case, and it just fits (let’s just say my frame is big). I had to take it to a shop to have my pedals removed (my little pedal wrench just didn’t give me the needed torque), bought cat supplies and petrol for the car. I’ve dropped off the keys with the cat-sitter, and have everything else mostly in check (I hope).

While there, I hope to get online quickly, but we’ll see – mom comes first. Her surgery is tomorrow morning – wish us all luck.

By the way, last night’s PPTC ride was scrubbed due to pouring rain and lightning. So my next ride will be out west, in the Wasatch.
