A post-work solo ride to get the legs moving again – felt damn good, too. I just missed a line of thunderstorms that moved through the area – some roads were still damp. I didn’t ride over the weekend due to circumstances both within and outside of my control, but I think it was for the best, because now I really want to ride. I also re-wrapped my handlebars on Saturday with some new Fiz:ik bar tape, and it’s amazing what a bit of new, shiny stuff will do to make an old bike seem faster.
