Another year, another celebration of National Bike Month. And if you’ve read this blog for a while, you’re aware that I made every effort to ride very day in the month of May, 2006.
I didn’t quite make it, but I became much faster and stronger by riding as much as I did.
So this year, I plan to do it again.
Of course, I’m working with a better setup going into the month. I’ve already cycled 900 miles in 2007 – almost twice as many as I had at this point last year. I’m riding with the A and AA riders now, as opposed to the B and BB riders last year. I’m leading PPTC rides now, and I’ve already completed three metric centuries (100 km/62 mi).
But there’s much more to accomplish.
And so I keep on riding.
