PPTC “50 Miles to Somewhere” ride. Excellent ride, far better than the Allen Pond Park ride of a couple weeks ago. Five of us braved the cold for a great ride. My knee felt great (I think that my new toe warmers help a bit – less tension in my lower leg), and it’s the first time I felt anywhere close to my 2006 form.

What are you training for? and have you tried Under Armour Cold Gear? It’s so great! Warm even on those 17 degree days.

I’m training simply to stay in shape. There are some goals for 2007, like riding 10 century rides and possibly qualifying for (and participating in, budget willing) Paris-Brest-Paris. But mostly I just love riding my bike!
