PPTC “Semi-Real Ride From The Very Real City.” I was the ride leader for a grand total of two riders (there was a third, but he dropped off by choice on the first major hill). So Al and I rode at a good pace, both of us being A-level riders. The weather was perfect: no rain, little wind, a touch of sun, and cool-but-not-cold temperatures. I wish more riders had shown up – it was a great time. We didn’t see too many other riders on the road, either – even at Hains Point, which is usually quite packed on a nice weekend day.
