Due to the fact that I spent all day yesterday shaking the 24-hour bug (and it’s gone, thankfully), I didn’t get to ride. Granted, I did do some work on the bike: installed a new chain and swapped out to a new rear wheel with a new cogset. I also installed new brake pads on the rear brakes to match the relatively new pads that adorn my front brakes. Much to my chagrin, I found that both of my rear wheels need to be trued. That’ll happen sometime this week.

But I’m going to ride this afternoon, which will be a nice opening to the 3-day weekend.
