Week two is in the books – almost 123 miles, quite close to week one. Granted, I squeezed in over two-thirds of my weekly miles on Saturday and Sunday with two great rides. But I’m feeling better on the bike than I’ve felt in years (since high school, truth be told), and I’m quite positive that I’m up to a metric century (100 km/62 mi) at this point with miles to spare. In a pinch, I could probably pull off a century, as well, though it’d be best if the terrain were more flat than rolling. So I still need to work on the hills – there’s always something, isn’t there?
