Some quick notes:
- I spent most of today at the DC Courthouse, doing my civic duty as a potential juror. Unlike sprite, I wasn’t selected during the course of the day. I did get some reading done, but not much else.
- While waiting for my possible selection to a jury, the waiting room TVs showed Ken Burns’ Baseball. It was the program on the Negro Leagues, which is always a good watch.
- Speaking of baseball, yesterday I picked up tickets to see one of the Yankees-Nats games at RFK. sprite and I already have our season tickets for 10 other games.
- This weekend, it’s supposed to hit 70 degrees or more, thanks to a “Bermuda High” weather system that will pipe in warm weather from the Carribbean. It’ll be great cycling weather and terrible skiing weather – guess which one I’ll do?
