Y’know, if I had a lot of time and money – as well as a lot more base miles under my belt, the Tour d’Afrique could be very interesting. Covering 7,438 miles over 99 stages, all done at one’s own pace, racing from the pyramids of Giza to the tip of Cape Horn – it’s every cyclist’s dream!
Or, at least, it’s a helluva challenge! And apparently it’s not too late to register to race.
