Went to see A Prairie Home Companion out at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. It was great fun, and brought me back many years.
I used to listen to APHC a lot when I was in junior high and high school – basically until Garrison Keillor took a break from the show and moved to Sweden for a couple of years. Since then, I’ve listened off-and-on, and still found comfort in the show. Seeing it live was a helluva treat!
Thank you to Phillip for the tickets, and sorry you couldn’t be there!
